Building a boiler plant to provide heat for Family Hearth Village based on energy-saving technology using 4 solid fuel 80kilowatt KCHM5 boilers, setting up mud filters and chemical water treatment widgets. This boiler plant will provide heating for all units of the commune including living quarters, school, workshops, hospital, shelter for disabled and elders.
