This shelter located in St. Petersburg is one of the Commune’s divisions. It hosts “crisis apartment” for 6-8 street children in transitional period and full-scale day activities center. The shelter could not be opened until this shower was installed. All remodeling and installation work was performed by the children and volunteers. The pictures below show the shower one day before completion. Shower booth and some plumbing was installed the next day.
